bar. Attached to the lodge is a face brick dwelling that is covered with a pitched tiled

North of Sterk River Road:
Goat shed – this is a steel structure that is covered with a corrugated iron roof.
Chicken houses – These are steel structures that are covered with pitched IBR
roofs. Sides are cladded with chicken mesh and floors comprise concrete slabs.
Store room – this is a plastered and painted brick structure that is covered with a mono
pitch IBR roof.
Staff dwelling – This is a very old plastered and painted brick building that is covered
with a pitch corrugated iron roof. This building requires general maintenance and
Bird cages – This is a semi face brick building that is covered with a mono pitch IBR
roof and fitted with a concrete floor.
Bathrooms – next to the bird cage is a similar building that offers male/female bathrooms.
Retail building – This is a semi face brick building that is covered with a flat IBR roof.
It is divided into shops and is situated close to the main road. Shaded parking bays
are provided in front of the building.
