Prime Stands in Landsmeer Equestrian Estate Beckons Property Developers
Two un-developed single residential stands in the exclusive Landsmeer Equestrian Estate soon be made available by Park Village Auctions.

Two stands primed for development in the exclusive Landsmeer Equestrian Estate will be brought to market by Park Village Auctions this month. That’s the word from PVA’s Jaco du Toit who says that the available vacant land is sure to draw the attention of property developers from far and wide.

Located in Meerhof, Hartebeestpoort, with enchanting views of the Magaliesberg Mountains, Landsmeer Equestrian Estate is a sought-after luxury residential lifestyle estate. Thirty paddocked stables, dressage arenas, an irrigated farm with catch-and-release fishing facilities, braai and entertainment facilities, and natural walk-ways are among the many draw cards that the estate has to offer.

The development epitomises exclusivity offering only 126 stands in total, comprising two sectional title complexes and single residential stands.

PVA will auction two notarially tied stands namely, Erf numbers 409 & 410, Zoned Residential 3 and measuring together just over 12 000 Square Metres, on-site on Thursday the 8th of March at 11am. Viewing will take place one hour before the auction commences.

Du Toit: “Buyers, often family orientated professionals, can’t seem to get their hands on housing within Landsmeer Estate fast enough. I believe the estate’s appeal lies in the wealth of facilities offered, top-notch security, picturesque views and proximity to Pretoria and Johannesburg respectively. Developers with an eye for equestrian and upmarket estate developments will know what a remarkable opportunity this sale represents.”
