Month-end Truck and Trailer Auction Brings Affordable Genuine Bank Repossessed Assets to Market.

Month-end Truck and Trailer Auction Brings Affordable Genuine Bank Repossessed Assets to Market.
Bidders in a flurry of calls, conversation and contemplation as PVA’s head auctioneer, Clive Lazarus, introduces a new lot at the company’s ever popular truck and Trailer Auction.

In what seems like record time, Park Village Auctions has secured a large collection of rigid trucks, truck tractors, trailers, earthmoving equipment, LDV’s and miscellaneous items to be made available at month-end.

That’s the word from PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn who says that the auction represents an excellent opportunity for buyers to acquire good quality, genuine repossessed medium to heavy commercial vehicles sourced from a number of banks.

Set to take place on Thursday the 30th of August, the auction will commence at 10:30am with a variety of rigid trucks and truck tractors. Bidders will find assets from manufacturers such as Freightliner, Hino, International, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi Fuso, Nissan, Scania, Tata, Toyota Dyna, and Volvo as well as various MAN TGA and TGS models.

Under the banner of trailers and earth moving equipment, flat deck link trailers, SA Truck Bodies, Henred Fruehauf, Afrit and Motor Trail flat deck, side tippers, Tautliner trailers, skidsteer loaders, excavators and backhoe loaders, will be made available.

Says Augustyn: “We expect to see yet another good showing at the upcoming auction. Buyers are exercising prudence when it comes to upgrading their fleets on the back of rising fuel costs.

“Genuine bank repossessed vehicles are often good quality with relatively low mileage, which makes them an affordable choice for those in the logistics and distribution sector specifically.”

As ever the auction will take place at the company’s truck yard at Nasrec with on-site viewing the day prior between 10am and 4pm. A detailed inventory can be accessed via PVA’s website using web reference 113.
