Electrical and Mechanical Contracting Assets on Auction
Park Village Auctions will soon bring to market assets which stem from the liquidation of an electrical and mechanical contracting concern based in Emalahleni.
That’s the word from PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn who says that auction is a must for similarly related concerns.
First under the hammer, a large double storey commercial building. The ground floor of the property comprises a reception area, four offices, a kitchen, and bathroom facilities. The first floor features five offices, two open-plan offices, a boardroom, a kitchen, a large warehouse, bathroom facilities and a change room area.
Located at 39 Toerien Street, Witbank extension 56, Emalahleni, the property is conveniently situated in an industrial hub which is easily accessible from Watermeyer Street as well as the N12 and N4 Highways.
Thereafter, the contents and movable assets will be sold. Loose assets comprise office furniture, generators, compressors, ladders, welders, assorted hand tools, bench grinders, and stock including galvanised trunking, rolls of cabling, shelving, mesh grids, and salvage metal.
