Large Fabrication Warehouse and Contents On Auction
Park Village Auctions will bring to market a large Alberton-based industrial warehouse, A-grade offices and contents on the 20th of November. That’s the word from PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn who says this auction is not be missed.
The assets on sale stem from of an aluminium frame and window manufacturing concern, currently in business rescue. “PVA’s business rescue division specialises in selling businesses experiencing difficulties. Most businesses sold under this banner are simply in need of a capital injection or restructuring in order to continue operating and therefore represent a great opportunity for investors,” Says Augustyn.
Located at 20A Dan Jacobs Street, Alrode Extension 2, Alrode, the property comprises a large double storey industrial warehouse with offices consisting of a reception and foyer, open plan offices, private offices, boardroom and meeting rooms, storerooms, server room, cloakrooms, staff kitchens and entertainment area and balcony. Under the dual-banner of movables and equipment, an Elumatec A7221/01 double head cut-off saw, a De Walt cut-off saw with Elektra Beckum Stand, an Elumatec cut off saw with stand, a punch/press Rousselle with a stand, an Elumatec 06244-E580/5 double head saw and SBZ122 aluminium profile CNC Machine with control panel, a Rexon DP-330F press drill, an Elumatec EP120 punch as well as a double header cut-off saw, a Striebig vertical panel circular saw (standard TRK2 With Austro Antipollution System), a Fini Plus 25 silenced screw compressor 10-bar, a 160 Kva generator, and a variety of electric tools will be sold.
Office furniture and equipment include desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and credenzas among many others.
Vehicles consisting of an Isuzu FVM 1200 with a crane, single and double cab LDV’s, an Iveco Daily 50C15V16, and a Hyster 3.0 Forklift will make up the last lots for the day.
Augustyn believes the upcoming sale will beckon a broad cross-section of buyers from property investors to manufacturers from a multitude of industries due to the variety of assets on offer.
